Architect – European Lager

The Architect is a modern take on the classic Pilsner lager style. We replicated the water profile of Prague, stayed true to the Pilsner malt base with a little specialty grain to add breadiness to the flavour.

To add a modern flair we bitter with New Zealand hops, which gives a fresh bitterness, then a light noble hop addition after fermentation to add that spice that a good Pilsner should have.
